Passing the Saye & Sele Pub,

With this heat I decided to start at 4 pm in the afternoon.
We packed plenty of water and covered our self with sun cream.
Hat & Sun glasses were more than necessary.

Even so the Macmillan way starts from Epwell, north of Banbury,

Here's our first sign of Macmillan way.
This is the start of The Roman Road
which we will almost follow all the way to Epwell.
But it didn't stay as neat.
I thought I was in south of France for a minute. Fields full of a blue flowers.
Facing the low sun, we walked with the sounds of the busing bees.
Arriving in Epwell.
